The Pension Advisory Group (PAG) are currently reviewing and updating the Guide to the Treatment of Pensions on Divorce and, with Law for Life, The Survival Guide to Pensions on Divorce.
As someone with experience of the practice of pensions on divorce, you may wish to participate in the review this time. We are in the early stages of reviewing and updating the Guide to the Treatment of Pensions on Divorce and as part of this process are consulting widely with pension experts, judges, practitioners and others who take an interest in the issue.
