NCDR is a new way of working with couples jointly through separation or divorce. This course is designed to deliver 10 hours of learning and development for members in order to consider how to work effectively as a Family Professional, working with one or both clients.

This course provides an in-depth understanding of domestic abuse, its manifestations, and safeguarding practices. Participants will learn how to identify signs of abuse, understand the legal framework, and implement effective safeguarding measures. The course is designed for professionals working with individuals and families affected by domestic abuse, offering practical tools and strategies to support victims and ensure their safety.

A 6 week training programme (6 learning hours) delivered by Clinical Psychologist Dr Angharad Rudkin for professionals working with separating parents. This programme has been specially prepared for family law solicitors/trainees, Paralegals, Mediators, Barristers, Chartered Legal Executives, Counsellors, Family Support Workers, Magistrates and others.

Hosted by Resolution, this free webinar is open to both members and non-members. Our DR Day, spotlighting the need for non-court dispute resolution practice and collaboration, will take place on Friday 4 April 2025. Members will get to enjoy a special day, packed full of engaging content analysing the many methods of out of court dispute resolution.

Resolution has re-developed its Collaborative Foundation training opening it up to lawyers, financial and therapeutic professionals. To support this, the programme is led by trainers from a mix of professions to promote the ethos of the ‘collaborative team’ and using the interdisciplinary model from the start of your practice.

It can also be completed and used towards becoming a collaborative practitioner or mediator, as part of the Resolution Together overall learning and development pathway.
