Rachel is a Legal Director at Hill Dickinson with extensive experience in divorce and children cases.

Rachel’s expertise lies in managing and resolving complex financial and child arrangement disputes for clients who are separating from partners with narcissism or narcissistic personality traits.

Extremely motivated and passionate about helping people through the difficulties posed by the breakdown of a relationship, Rachel is always on hand to guide her clients through the minefield of problems that arise through divorce or a breakdown in a relationship.

Rachel is used to managing highly emotive situations, whilst obtaining practical and realistic outcomes, helping clients to achieve fair settlements in a cost effective manner.

Throughout her career Rachel has been at the forefront of developments within the area of family law and has developed a particular specialism in advising clients on the more modern legal aspects of relationships, such as freedom to marry declarations, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
