We recently let you know that the LAA had uploaded the wrong version on the Legal Help Form to their online eligibility calculator in December 2019.
The LAA has apologised for this error and confirmed that no out of date forms accessed through the calculator will be rejected. The Escape Fee team has been informed about the problem.
The LAA has now rectified the problem and the eligibility calculator will now print the correct version.
