I am a solicitor with some 25 years experience acting exclusively in family law.

I am able to offer advice and assistance in matters such as divorce, dissolution of civil partnership, relationship breakdown, children and financial matters.  I am also able to advice on and prepare co-habitation agreements, pre- nuptial and post nuptial agreements.

As an accredited member of Resolution I will always try negotiate a settlement or resolution to you matter, recognising that this is not only cost effective, but also gives client’s satisfaction that a favourable result has been achieved and which they have been involved.  Of course, there are some cases which have to be referred to the court. I am equally comfortable in dealing with those matters and will ensure that you are fully aware of the stages of the court process; including what you can expect to happen whilst you are at court.
