I have practised family law exclusively since 2007. I have extensive experience in financial settlements following divorce including complex high value cases, disputes in relation to children including contact and residence, pre nuptial agreements, disputes between cohabitants and domestic violence injunctions.
I have particular expertise in disputes over the relocation of children both within the UK and internationally.
I am a Resolution Accredited Collaborative Practitioner, a process that enables separating couples to reach solutions together to ease the pain of family breakdown.
