Joanne Radcliff

ByJoanne is an experienced family lawyer who handles issues such as divorce, civil partnerships, financial settlements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and disputes which concern children.

She is also a trained collaborative law practitioner and provides clients with alternative methods to traditional litigation in order to resolve family disputes quickly and amicably. She is a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in both The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.

Joanne has experience in handling cases which span multiple jurisdictions – especially those which involve significant business and trust assets, as well as inherited wealth and complex high value financial settlements.
