Sarah-Jane Riddell

Sarah is an accredited mediator and collaboratively trained family solicitor.  She can work with couples and families in the following ways:

• mediation (including hybrid mediation and interdisciplinary mediation working with family consultants and financial neutrals)
• collaborative process (which can be used for couples who are separating and also for couples who would like to meet jointly to discuss pre/post nuptial or living together agreements)
• one lawyer/solicitor neutral
• solicitor-led negotiations

Sarah is currently co-chair of the Resolution Collaborative Working Party and promotes non-court dispute resolution wherever possible and suitable for clients.
