      1. Exhibitor benefits: Exhibitor benefits are as outlined in the information pack you have received from Resolution.
      1. Conference lunch and drinks reception: Complimentary lunch and drinks reception passes are for your two named staff delegates only.
      1. Conference delegate passes: Two named individuals are invited to join the conference to staff each exhibitor's stand. Any additional attendees will need to purchase a conference ticket.
      1. Payment of exhibitor fee: Resolution will issue an invoice upon receipt of this Booking Form. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. If the fee is not received by Resolution, we reserve the right not to supply the exhibitor benefits.
      1. Exhibitor cancellations: No refunds will be given in respect of any cancellations from exhibitors made less than 60 days prior to the event.
      1. Event postponement or cancellation: Should the event be postponed or cancelled for reasons beyond Resolution’s reasonable control, exhibitors will be offered a new event date. Where it is not possible to accommodate this, a full refund will be provided.
