Alison Lewis

Alison is a specialist family lawyer and a Resolution Accredited Specialist. She provides expert advice and assistance in all areas of family law including divorce, financial issues following divorce or separation, children issues, civil partnership issues, cohabitation, injunctions and pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements. She completed her legal qualifications in Leicester and qualified in 2005. Resolution members are committed to assisting families find constructive and non-confrontational solutions to family law difficulties. Alison understands that family breakdown and disputes can be very worrying and difficult but Alison provides friendly, professional and affordable assistance to help and support her clients through this period. Alison has broad experience in resolving family and financial disputes between divorcing and separating parties and seeks to negotiate successful outcomes for her clients without the need for court proceedings which results in quicker, more amicable and cost effective solutions. If court proceedings are necessary Alison will ensure her clients are robustly assisted and represented throughout their case.
