Amy Scollan

Amy specialises in high value divorce and finance cases often involving complex trust and company arrangements with an international dimension.

She has represented many high-profile individuals, members of the aristocracy and directors of global companies in complicated litigation.

The majority of Amy’s time is spent dealing with cases in court proceedings but Amy has an active practice of drafting pre and post nuptial agreements.

Amy also conducts professional negligence claims with a family law element.
