I am one of Trethowan’s most experienced solicitors and am head of it’s Family Team.

My main areas of expertise are Divorce, Separation, Financial Provision, and other related issue. I handle complex high net worth settlements which involve family partnerships, businesses, farms, foreign property or trusts. I also advise on nuptial agreements and issues relating to children.

I strongly advocate the benefits of a no Court, non confrontational approach to family law and am an experienced collaborative lawyer.
