Andrew Wraith

A specialist family lawyer, Andrew has over 14 years’ experience in dealing with family cases of all types, having qualified in November 2005.

Andrew has extensive and considerable experience in dealing with the breakdown of all types of relationships and the issues that arise from this including divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, arrangements for children, applications for protective orders and injunctions and matters concerning financial provision including but not limited to applications for financial relief and maintenance.

Andrew also has experience in representing children in care proceedings, representing parents in cases concerning removal and applications concerning the use of parental responsibility including issues relating to residence and contact.

In relation to financial issues, Andrew has considerable experience representing the interests of his clients upon divorce including where personal, business and pension assets are involved.

Andrew is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel, the Law Society’s Children Law Panel (meaning that he can often be found to represent the interests of children in care proceedings) and a member of Resolution.
