Benjamin Nixon

Ben is a Solicitor in our Family department who has over 16 years of practice in Family law.

He represents children, parents and other family members in cases where Social Services are involved with children. Ben has experience in dealing with complex care cases including non-accidental injuries, representing clients with special needs and cases with an International element.

Ben also specialises in private law children disputes and advising people who have experienced Domestic Abuse or other forms of harassment.

Ben is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel of Solicitors and is experienced in representing children in care proceedings. He is also a member of Resolution and serves on both the North East Committee and nationally through the Regional Liaison Committee.
