I advise mid to high-net-worth individuals on their financial settlements following separation and divorce.  In addition, I have considerable experience of acting on pre and post nuptial agreements.

With almost 30 years working as a family solicitor, combined with my  experience as a parent and an interest in wealth management and finances, I am able to help my clients achieve informed, constructive and cost effective settlements which enable them to rebuild their lives and move forward with confidence following divorce.

I am committed to finding the right legal process for each client whether negotiation through solicitors, mediation, other dispute resolution process or court and to providing all clients with the information they require in order to make the right choice for them.

In my experience most clients want to settle and I work closely with my clients in order to achieve this aim.  However for those cases where settlement is proving difficult, I will bring court proceedings on my client’s behalf and pursue them with vigour.

I am a family mediator and believe that many couples can resolve their differences and reach a satisfactory conclusion within the safe place that the mediation process provides and with the help of the mediator.  I am also a collaborative lawyer.
