I have over 20 years’ experience as a Family Lawyer with a strong reputation in the East Yorkshire area.  I combine strength and compassion to resolve cases swiftly and amicably and I’m known for being sensible and pragmatic with a robust approach to Court proceedings if needed.

I have particular expertise advising clients in relation to the financial issues arising on relationship breakdown including financial settlements, maintenance, pre-acquired and post separation assets, pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation and separation agreements and financial claims for children.

I regularly advise on complex high value cases acting for business owners and senior professionals, and advise on settlements including farming assets, land, pensions and business structures.

I have considerable experience advising clients in relation to property disputes and associated civil proceedings.  I also act on behalf of parents in relation to private children disputes including relocation, international cases and allegations of abuse.
