David is committed to a constructive approach to resolving issues. He is a trained mediator and has FMA senior mediator status. He trained as a collaborative lawyer in 2003 with the first group of lawyers to be trained in the UK.
David chairs the family law committee of IAFL and is a member of the UK & Ireland LGBT Family Law Institute. He is a former chair of the International Family Law Committee of the American Bar Association, International Section and is a past chair of Resolution, the family lawyers association for England & Wales.
David has been involved in a number of reported cases, including Golubovich v Golubovich (2010) 2 FLR 1614, Divall v Divall (2014) EWHC 95 Fam and Dobson v Griffey  EWHC 1117 (Ch)
