Eluned Roberts

Eluned deals with all aspects of private family law.   Eluned gained a wealth of experience in dealing with children law cases early on in her career.  She now also specialises in advising clients in relation to divorce  and civil partnership dissolution, together with complex financial settlements, arrangements for children and cohabitation issues.

Eluned is a committed member of Resolution, seeking to resolve family disputes in a constructive manner.  She approaches cases with a sensitive, friendly and pragmatic manner and strives to ensure that a client’s case is dealt with proportionately and cost-effectively. Eluned is a qualified collaborative lawyer and believes that it can offer clients a ‘better way’ to divorce for the whole family.

Outside of work, Eluned enjoys playing hockey, spending time with her family and walking her golden retriever
