I advise on all aspects of relationship breakdown including divorce, financial matters and making arrangements for children. I am often instructed to make urgent applications concerning children, such as where a child is withheld following contact with one parent.

Having experienced working in the matrimonial, conveyancing and dispute resolution teams, I have been able to transfer my knowledge from one department to the next and this has helped me to advise clients where there is a crossover, such as a property transfer arising from a financial order on divorce or making enforcement applications for non-compliance with court orders.

I am a firm believer in resolution of disputes and work with my clients to seek to settle issues at an early stage where possible.
