Hana Khodabocus

Hana Khodabocus is an Associate Solicitor at Tisshaws Solicitors, a specialist Family Law Firm that is based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

Hana completed her training contract with a reputable Firm in West Sussex and qualified as a Family Law Solicitor with the same Firm in 2011.  Before joining Tisshaws, Hana also worked at another specialist Family Law firm based in Surrey.

Hana joined Tisshaws in September 2016 and has experience in a wide range of Family Law matters including separation, divorce, the financial and children arrangements associated with a relationship breakdown, and Injunctions i.e. Occupation and Non-Molestation Orders.

As a member of Resolution and a Resolution trained Family Mediator, Hana is committed to resolving matters as constructively and amicably as possible.  It is on that basis that she is a strong advocate of the numerous dispute resolution options available to clients as an alternative to litigation.

Hana works hard to minimise parental conflict wherever possible and strives to achieve the best result possible for her clients and their families.
