Hasan Hadi

Hasan specialises in all areas of divorce and family law but focuses mainly on representing medium to high net worth people going through a separation.

Hasan graduated with a law degree in 2009 and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2013 with a London Legal 500 firm. In 2017 Hasan established southgate solicitors making him one of the youngest managing directors of a solicitors practice in the country.

Hasan has over nine years of experience in all areas of family law, and despite his relatively modest time in private practice he has managed to gain and implement his skills and knowledge to provide the best level of advice and representation to his clients. This is demonstrated by positive feedback from his clients, his high success rate in achieving client outcomes as well as working on complex public and private law children matters and intricate financial relief applications and divorces.

Hasan is a Resolution member and an Accredited Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Panel. This accreditation demonstrates Hasan’s high level of knowledge, skill, experience and practice in family law having been successfully assessed in the fields of private law children and financial relief matters.

Hasan has always operated his caseload as efficiently as possible and in founding southgate solicitors has been able to implement his digital work-style on a firm-wide basis. Hasan has invested in innovative case management systems which allows clients to receive a truly modern and streamlined legal service at competitive prices.

Outside of work Hasan enjoys spending time with his son, photography and keeping up to date with current affairs and technology.
