Separation and divorce should be low-impact, for both the separating couple and any children who may be affected.  I firmly believe that divorce doesn’t have to bring devastating consequences for personal finances, or relationships with children.  The overwhelming majority of my clients achieve out-of-court settlements, which I attribute to my conciliatory, child-focused approach and wealth of experience in this fast-moving area of law.

I am one of a small number of lawyers to hold the government’s ‘Help and Support for Separated Families’ mark, due to my continuing commitment to reducing conflict between parents.
