I specialize in all aspects of family work, assisting people and their families to resolve all issues in a non confrontational way.  A large part of my work is in financial settlement following separation whether through solicitor led negotiations, collaborative work, various dispute resolution options or the contested court process.

In conjunction with my private wealth colleagues an important area of our work is in wealth planning and protection with living together agreements and pre and post-nuptial agreements being a part of that wealth protection offering.
