I specialise in all issues arising as a consequence of a family/relationship breakdown and separation. This includes helping with the difficult issues that arise when one household divides in to two. Issues I can assist with include the divorce, seeking resolution of the financial settlement and dealing with the practicalities involved with parents separating and the children dividing time between their parents new homes.

I have considerable experience in dealing with financial negotiations and settlements and have been advising on dividing/protecting pensions since the legislation was first introduced.

In regard to issues involving children, I currently have a particular interest in  cases where there are allegations of parental alienation but I can assist in all areas which may be in dispute

I am trained in the collaborative process but  also represent clients who have not been able to reach a resolution through discussions.

I am based in our Head Office in Portsmouth and instructed by clients throughout Hampshire, the surrounding area and overseas.
