I specialise in divorce and am an Accredited Specialist in children matters and complex financial cases where the income is high and assets substantial, both in the UK and internationally. I am also adept in dealing with circumstances where the parties are not married or where protective injunctions may be required as a result of domestic violence.

I have achieved partner level and am a results driven, solution focused professional comfortable working with clients and other professionals at all levels.

I have worked solely in family law since I qualified in 2006. I recognise that my clients seek my assistance at what is often a very difficult time, and always put their needs and emotional wellbeing, particularly those of the children, at the forefront of the case.

I uphold the Resolution ethos of settling cases, where possible, away from court in a cost-effective, constructive and timely manner. Where this is not possible, I am a skilled litigator. I provide robust, clear and strategic advice to my clients to achieve the very best results for them.

I also write articles and legal commentary for external publications, have appeared on radio programmes discussing a variety of family law-related topics and am a skilled public speaker.
