I completed my training with Wallace Robinson & Morgan and qualified into the Family Department in September 2000.  I am now a Director and Head of the Family Department.   My work includes matters involving divorce proceedings and reaching an agreement about finances on divorce, disputes about arrangements for children, advising cohabitees about their rights following separation, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements and applications for non-molestation and occupation orders.  As  member of Resolution and trained Collaborative Lawyer, it is important for me to advise my clients to try to reach an agreement as amicably as possible, and beginning court proceedings is a last resort where other methods of dispute resolution have not succeeded.
