Working in Family Law since 2009, Laura jointly heads up the family department of Emin Read with offices in Eastbourne, Battle,  and Twickenham and Balham.

She can help with cases involving;

• Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements for clients moving in to a new phase of their relationships;
• Deeds of Trust;
• Divorce and Financial settlements on separation;
• Child arrangements and Special Guardianships
• Mediation to help address and resolve disputes in relationships, separation, child arrangements and/or financial settlements;
• Representation in court, where appropriate and required.

Laura assists clients in identifying their aims and objectives, and the way in which they want to achieve a resolution, providing them with honest and realistic advice, and being committed to reaching a swift, cost-effective and positive outcome for them and their families.

We offer an initial 30 minute consultation free of charge either by telephone or zoom, or fixed price longer consultations, remotely or in one of our offices. We also are able to offer fixed fees for certain types of work – you can find information about fees on our website for transparency.
