Linda Lamb

A family solicitor, collaborative lawyer, accredited family mediator (qualified to provide online mediation and child inclusive mediation), hybrid mediator and children arbitrator, I am able to offer my clients a wide range of options to resolve their issues, focusing on finding the right way forward for them. I am an accredited expert with Resolution, specialising in cohabitees and private children proceedings. My other areas of expertise include pre & post nuptials and international family law.

Before studying law, I was a district nurse and midwife. Qualifying as a solicitor in Scotland in 1993 and subsequently in England & Wales in 1995, I continue to hold practising certificates in both jurisdictions. After twenty fulfilling years as a partner in traditional law firms, I founded LSL Family Law in 2017, enabling me to concentrate on my clients and their needs rather than on managing a large practice.

At LSL Family Law, we strive to minimise the stress on our clients and their families, providing reassuring support and honest guidance during stressful times in their lives. Whenever possible, we advocate mediation, collaborative law and arbitration as positive alternatives to court.
