I am a specialist family law solicitor with nearly 30 years working in this area of law.

* I am accredited by Resolution in Cohabitation and Complex Financial Remedies. These accreditations
reflect my particular expertise in these areas of family law.

* That said, I am able to advise individuals on all issues relating to matrimonial, civil partnership or
relationship breakdown including finances and children.

* I also deal with pre/postnuptial agreements, living together agreements and Declarations of Trust.

* The law in relation to cohabitants comprises a combination of property and children law and can be
complex at times.

* I pride myself on being approachable and providing sensible advice that is clear and easy to understand
in every situation.

and understanding whilst guiding them through the process to achieve a good outcome.

arbitration, negotiation via solicitors and court proceedings.

* I have dealt with many complex cases over the course of my career involving assets abroad, high net
worth individuals, business etc.

* I have dealt with children cases involving parental alienation, domestic abuse, mental health problems
and substance abuse.

* Most of my work comes from recommendations from previous clients which is a great source of pride for
me. I was recently recommended by a client whose children case I had conducted over 20 years ago and
he still remembered me and the work I had done for him and his family.
