Oliver Gravell

Oliver is a member of the family team at Birketts, dealing with both financial and child related issues. Oliver is also a qualified arbitrator and collaborative lawyer.

Birketts promote out of court pathways in resolving family disputes.  We recognise for some families, Court is the only option.  However, many clients prefer to resolve matters constructively and amicably outside the Court process.  This can result in time and cost savings.  We are able to offer family lawyers who are experienced in dealing with arbitration, mediation and collaborative practice.  We also have lawyers who specialise in dealing with property disputes between unmarried cohabitees.  We are based across East Anglia and will be happy to travel to one of our four offices to meet you.
