Patricia Robinson

I am a Resolution specialist, partner and joint head of the family law team at Gorvins. I specialise in all aspects of family law and have particular expertise in resolving complex financial issues arising from divorce and the dissolution of a civil partnership, pre-nuptial agreements and dealing with the arrangements for children both within and outside the court process. My cases often involve successful entrepreneurs, business owners and high profile figures.

I am an active member of Resolution and committed to achieving a constructive and, where possible, an amicable resolution of family disputes.  I was the chair of Resolution’s Greater Manchester Region for several years having recently stepped down and I am a qualified collaborative solicitor.

I  frequently write for legal and non-legal publications on family law issues and I have presented several family law lectures to my peers.

I am recognised in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners as a family lawyer with significant experience in advising on the financial aspects of divorce as well as assisting clients with children-related disputes.
