Paul Britton

I am the director solicitor at Britton and Time Solicitors and I practice in all areas of family law. My particular expertise are in divorce, dissolution and financial disputes between separating couples. I also deal with child arrangement orders and other family issues including urgent injunctions for domestic violence and urgent prohibited steps orders under the Children Act.

For most interim hearings I will undertake advocacy in court on behalf of my clients, especially where it is cost effective to do so. Alternatively, I have built a strong network of experienced barristers who can be instructed up and down the country.

Britton and Time Solicitors have offices in Brighton, Hove and Central London.
