I joined Aletta Shaw Solicitors in September 2025 as a Director.

I have extensive knowledge and experience as a Family Law Solicitor having qualified in 2001. I am particularly skilled when dealing with divorce, financial settlement upon divorce and separation, private children matter, and domestic abuse. My experiences have made me an empathetic and efficient solicitor.

I am a member of Resolution, and I am committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes and follows Resolution’s Code of Practice that promotes a non-confrontational approach to family problems.

I am a Resolution Accredited Specialist with specialisms in financial remedies, children matters and domestic abuse.

I am former member of Resolution’s Standards Committee, and I have contributed to Resolution’s Good Practice Guides and Guidance Notes.

Outside work, my hobbies and interests include travelling, going to the theatre, and cooking.
