Rita Veitch

Rita has specialised in family law for over 34 years, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1990. She advises on all aspects that arise following the breakdown of a relationship, including divorce, financial settlements and arrangements for children. She also advises on adoption and special guardianship applications.

Rita is also a Collaborative Lawyer.

She has a conscientious approach to her work enabling her to focus on each individual case and specifically what each client wants to achieve. This enables her to tailor the advice that is right for her clients and their family.

Rita is a Chartered Legal Executive with Child Law Partnership. She is able to meet with clients in their offices in Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire. She is also able to offer remote appointments by telephone or Zoom.

Rita is an Accredited Specialist with Resolution with specialisms in Complex Financial Remedies and Children Law – Private. She is committed to the Resolution Code of Practice, promoting a constructive approach to resolving issues whilst considering the needs of the whole family.

Rita is Co-Chair of the Resolution Litigants in Person Committee.
