I am a family lawyer and have been qualified as a solicitor for over 30 years. I am a Resolution accredited specialist in private children cases and cohabitation. I specialise in disputes arising from relationship breakdown to include children and finances . I am also a Collaboratively trained lawyer and experienced in dealing with cases on that basis. I believe it is important to try and resolve disputes by negotiation and avoid court proceedings where possible.
