Samantha Markham

Samantha has extensive experiences in dealing with financial remedy proceedings and complex Children Act proceedings, involving aspects of domestic abuse including sexual harm, and coercive and controlling behaviour.

Prior to starting Ellisons, Samatha studied via the Institute of Legal Executives, qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in March 2013. Samantha has recently trained as a Collaborative Practitioner.

Samantha is also a member of Resolution which is a national organisation of family justice professionals committed to non-confrontational and constructive resolution of disputes. Samantha is a member of the local Resolution committee.
