I am a Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist, through the one to one work I offer I am able to provide a safe space for you to think about and explore what is happening for you and how you would like things to be different. I am able to work with you to support you to live the life you want to live.

Divorce or separation may seem inevitable, but your experience of this is your choice.

Divorce is a life changing event. It is widely reported and a documented that this can impact on your mental health and wellbeing, possibly resulting in anxiety, stress, depression.

Divorce can actually be a liberating, defining time, full of new opportunities and possibilities. CBT in Partnership can support you to experience this, to feel empowered by the process.

Our Divorcing Well approach can help you to understand and develop ways to manage yourself in this process, so you can reach the wisest, most pragmatic and desirable outcome for you and your loved ones. I can support you, to understand what you are going through and to develop strategies to manage this, using researched and effective approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness.

I am able to offer bespoke support to legal teams.

I am accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, trained with the Institute of Psychiatry and University College of London. My work since then has been in a leading Private Hospital setting, The Priory and the NHS, (Maudsley Hospital and IAPT). In addition, I am a qualified Mindfulness Teacher, training with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre.
