Divorce or separation may seem inevitable, but your experience of this is your choice.
Divorce is a life changing event. It is widely reported and a documented that this can impact on your mental health and wellbeing, possibly resulting in anxiety, stress, depression.
Divorce can actually be a liberating, defining time, full of new opportunities and possibilities. CBT in Partnership can support you to experience this, to feel empowered by the process.
Our Divorcing Well approach can help you to understand and develop ways to manage yourself in this process, so you can reach the wisest, most pragmatic and desirable outcome for you and your loved ones. I can support you, to understand what you are going through and to develop strategies to manage this, using researched and effective approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness.
I am able to offer bespoke support to legal teams.
