As a Registered Nurse, Coach and mentor I have supported and empowered people to develop their own coping strategies enabling them to move forward in life. I run my coaching business alongside working in the NHS developing people and teams. Providing executive coaching through to helping legal clients navigate challenging times onto to those looking for life skills, my focus is on developing individuals needs. It may be with confidence, self esteem, managing conflict building resilience or more resourceful and positive communication styles to improve psychological health.
