New D81 form and Efficiency Statement

Back to news

We have some important updates for members in relation to financial remedies.

A new D81 form (Statement of information for a Consent Order in relation to a Financial Remedy) should now be used with immediate effect. However, the Financial Remedies Court will continue to accept consent orders accompanied by the old form provided it has been signed no later than Friday, 18 February 2022.

Help make your colleagues and peers aware of the new form by sharing our posts on Twitter and LinkedIn.

The FRC Efficiency Statement, published earlier this year, requires the use of Template ES2: Composite asset and income schedule at the first appointment, FDR and final hearing. The FLBA has kindly produced an advisory note on the use of ES2, including an example, to correct any misunderstandings as to how it should be used.

You can access this template and others on our website here.
