Parenting Through Separation Guide
Resolution's practical and accessible co-parenting guide aims to give parents access to information and support to help them on their parenting journey through separation, divorce and beyond.
The new second edition of Parenting through separation provides access to information and support that will help parents throughout the parenting journey, through separation, divorce and beyond. It is available for parents to buy for themselves in print. It is also designed as a resource for members to share with clients and so available as a digital download and in batches.
It will help parents make decisions and find solutions, consider better ways of communicating to reduce conflict and to understand things from the child’s point of view and the ex-partner’s point of view.
Written by the Parenting After Parting committee it is designed to provide separating parents with helpful information on how to find a constructive way forward. When parents learn to work together to support their children this leads to outcomes that are better not only for children but also for parents themselves.
There is signposting to helpful organisations and guidance on the many confusing legal terms parents might come across for the first time embarking on this journey.
