Due to the coronavirus outbreak we had to cancel a large number of courses and training events. Please use the form below to submit your request.

    Let us know whether you would like an immediate refund or whether you would be interested in finding out more about rolling over your booking to the next available course.

    This rollover is on a like for like basis, i.e. for the same course or training event. We're currently planning to run all courses that have been cancelled in the second half of 2020.

    If you paid by BACS or cheque, please provide bank details so we can process your refund.

    Please note: if you paid by card, you do not need to provide your bank details. Your refund will be processed via your card. This usually takes between 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
