Guidance on family high cost cases
The LAA updated its guidance in October 2019 to include counsel high cost payment on account scenarios.
Guidance is available on the LAA website on Care Case Fee Scheme (CCFS), QC/2 Counsel Events, and detailed case plans to use when a legal-aid-funded family case becomes high cost.
