How to join your sessions
All the sessions will be running using Zoom technology that many of you will already be familiar with. To join the sessions you’ve registered on, you’ll need the Zoom joining instructions. You can get these in the following ways:
Via the conference platform
To join the sessions you’ve registered on, you’ll need the Zoom joining instructions. You can find these on the page of the session you want to attend on the online programme or by going to the “My sessions” page. These will be made available 24 hours before the session.
Here (inset) is what the opening plenary session page will look like with the Zoom joining instructions.
Via the daily briefing email
First thing, each morning of the conference, every delegate will receive a daily briefing email. This email will include the Zoom links for the sessions you have registered on and are attending that day.
If you don’t receive this briefing email, please let us know.
Via the conference app
You can download the Swapcard app to receive notifications 30 minutes before your sessions start. The notifications will have the joining instructions you need.

Please note: if you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, you will see a blank screen when trying to access the online conference platform. You need to use an alternative browser or the mobile app to get access.
Logging into the conference platform
- To access the conference platform:
- Enter your email (the one we sent you this email to)
- You’ll get sent an email with your magic login link. Click on the link – set your password.
- You can now register for the sessions you wish to attend by clicking on the link to the programme.
