Alberto Cedillo

Alberto Pérez Cedillo is the founding partner of Alberto Pérez Cedillo Spanish Lawyers & Solicitors Ltd, a boutique cross-border firm operating since 2005 with offices in London, Madrid and Marbella.

Alberto is dually qualified as a Spanish Abogado and an English solicitor and has over 20 years of experience in English, Spanish and international family law. He has expertise in multi-jurisdiction litigation, including forum disputes, international enforcement and analysis of Spanish and English law, international treaties and complex children and financial matters where offshore assets are an issue.

Alberto is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Child Abduction and European and International Law.

Alberto is the Vice-President of the European Chapter of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), a member of Reunite, Resolution, and the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers (AEAFA), chair of the Spanish branch of STEP and a member of its European Regional Committee.

Alberto regularly lectures at the various professional associations of which he is a member and has contributed to several guides on International Family Law.
