Practising family law since 1996, my aim for every client is to arrive at a financial settlement as quickly and as sensibly as possible.  I support alternative means of arriving at an agreement, including Mediation, Collaborative Law and Arbitration, to avoid the court process, if at all possible.  I specialise in acting for clients with complicated financial circumstances (including farming interests, multiple property interests, foreign property, overseas investments, and inheritances), with a particular focus on international divorce, and on the treatment of pensions in divorce.
