About Fiona

Fiona is a Partner and Mediator at Anthony Gold.

Fiona has 15 years’ experience in Family Law and Divorce, and specialises in Divorce, Financial Settlements and private children matters, often with an international element.  Fiona has a strong reputation in the resolution of relationship breakdown from all types of families, including same-sex relationships, unmarried couples and inter-family relations where expertise in Trusts and Property Law is required.  Fiona has considerable experience in complex high profile and high net worth divorce cases and works with clients with varied financial backgrounds and from all walks of life. Fiona has a particular interest in nuptial agreements and am skilled in drafting and negotiating Prenuptial and Postnuptial agreements. 

Fiona is committed to helping families separate constructively, commercially and amicably where possible but also has a proven track record as a litigator when circumstances dictate, which can include emergency Court applications such as Injunctions. Fiona works hard to ensure that the right team is assembled for each individual case and aims to be proactive to meet their objectives while being conscious of costs.

Fiona is a member of Resolution and was elected to the SW Committee in 2019 and is the Membership Development Officer. Fiona is regularly involved in organising seminars and events for family law professionals to add value to their practice and to facilitate networking in the region.
