Gemma specialises in dealing with the financial and children issues that can arise following separation, divorce or civil partnership dissolution with a particular expertise in financial matters involving pension funds, inherited wealth, business assets and in children matters involving issues relating to parental responsibility, parenting arrangements, removal from the jurisdiction.
Gemma works regularly with LGBT families and the complex legal issues that can arise within such family structures.

Outside of work Gemma enjoys rock climbing, hiking, winter mountaineering, yoga and cycling.
