I am a Solicitor, Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer.  I specialise in children cases where there is dispute as to the children’s arrangements, particularly those where there is a breakdown in the parent/child relationship, high conflict, false allegations and alleged alienating behaviours.   I represent parents all across the UK to enable children to have positive and loving relationships with both parents and extended families.  I endeavour to support resolution of issues out of the court process.  Where necessary, I instruct experts and barristers who are experienced and have a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for families.
