I am the Family Law Partner at Shanahans.

I qualified in 1992 and so have many years’ experience of Family Law.  Since 2002 I have been accredited by Resolution for Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse.  Also, I am a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Advance Scheme.

In September 2018 I qualified as a Resolution trained Collaborative Lawyer.

In July 2019, I became a Resolution Specialist Accreditation Assessor for Private Law Children  disputes.

I am experienced in children law proceedings, acting for parents and grandparents.

My aim is to resolve your problem as quickly as is possible while minimising stress.  I can arrange Zoom meetings and communicate by email and telephone if it is not convenient to meet face-to-face.
