Simon Blain

I’m a partner and specialist family lawyer at Forsters, in Mayfair, London.

I am experienced in all aspects of family law, including financial issues that arise on divorce and separation, and issues relating to children. I have a particular interest in the matrimonial aspects of wealth protection, and I work closely with private client lawyers to prepare nuptial agreements.

Much of my practice involves working with international families, and I speak excellent French.

I have been very involved with Resolution throughout my career. I am committed to the Code of Conduct. I sit on the Children Committee and the National Committee, and I am the organisation’s Treasurer.

There are many ways of resolving family disagreements, including litigation, arbitration, mediation and private dispute resolution. I help my clients to find the best way to reach a settlement, based on their individual circumstances.
